Matt Wiley
As Managing Partner, Matt leads the overall strategy and direction of Alta Pacific Properties in partnership with Carlo Berg. He is also actively involved in the development, redevelopment, and repositioning of Alta Pacific’s real estate assets. Prior to founding Alta Pacific, Matt worked in senior management for several West Coast development companies where he gained extensive experience managing complex projects spanning multiple real estate asset classes. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Loyola Marymount University.
Carlito Berg
Carlo "Carlito" Berg is a founding partner of the Alta Pacific Properties. Carlito is also the Managing Director at his multigenerational Family office - Berg Holdings. He enjoys human centric businesses that make people's daily life better, and nothing is more rewarding to him than building wonderful places for people, family and community to grow. He enjoys designing, managing, and financing complex projects. Carlito earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
